H2O4ALL takes a local approach. Local people know best what they need, and so we listen. Alongside communities, we assist in finding long lasting solutions for their water needs. We engage community leaders and members in taking ownership to increase the significance and success of each project.

Our team of Experts

We have an international team of engineers, hydrologists, public health specialists, and project managers who plan, design, and manage our projects from beginning to end.

By establishing trust with the community, we can truly collaborate to design a safe water system that the community will take ownership of and that will have long-term success.


We maintain relationships

We continue to stay in touch with all our communities continuously. They have become part of the H2O4ALL family, and the family sticks together. We check in regularly and ensure projects are maintained. When unexpected servicing is needed, our team handles it quickly and effectively.


We Stay on top of technology

We look at water holistically. We respect the environment and use the best sustainable technology available for each situation. Technologies include solar power, UV purification, rainwater harvesting, greywater recovery, ongoing sustainable farming practices, mobile apps, mobile money for efficient payments,

We believe engagement begins with listening. We continually partner with local community leaders to establish strong relationships, working together to find sustainable solutions to the issues they are facing.

ABBY RADKE

Board Member

Abby is currently a member on the Board for for H20 4 ALL. She is a graduate from University of Portland with a major in civil engineering and currently works at a private engineering consulting firm. Abby has had international engineering project experiences, such as designing an irrigation system for a group of 600 women in Malawi, and installing biodigestors for a rural community in Ghana. She is super excited to be apart of H20 4 ALL’s mission and is passionate about clean water accessibility!
